Myself

The most interesting thing to me by Tomohiro (Grade 2) I am interested in the difference of the Japanese people and the American people.
The reason I got interested in it was because of an American teacher of English teaching at my sister's school.
When he met a Japanese for the first time in his life, he found the Japanese wearing a belt (haramaki). So it made him think it could be a kind of customs to wear the belt in Japan.
After he came to Japan to teach, one of his students happened to find him wearing the belt and told him it was worn only by Yakuza - Japanese Mafia-. As soon as he knew the truth, he stopped wearing it.

Introducing myself by Yoko (Grade 1) My name is Yoko and I always feels as if there were a battle in my mind. Perhaps God is fighting against a devil.

On my way to school by Asako (Grade 1) My favorite place on my way to school is where I can see a dog named Corny. Because the dog is cute, kind and always plays along with me. But unfortunately, I can tell Corny is a boy or a girl. I might be too ignorant to tell the difference.
I really want to know the truth, but have no guts to ask around. It would much nice if every dog said a boy or a girl on its hair.

When I woke up... by Chisato (Grade 4) One morning, I found myself to be a blouse. First I couldn't tell what had happened to me. At least I knew I was no longer a human as I felt thin and had no legs. I felt loose and could say nothing as my mouth was covered with something. (Is it a button that is covering my mouth? And is my mouth a button hole now? ) I thought this could be a dream and tried to sleep again to get back to what I was.

Various things on my way to school by Arisa (Grade 2) My favorite place on my way to school is a construction site where a man keeps an eye on. The man always greets us and sometimes have some tea with us. His kindness touches my heart.
