Why |
I would like to say one thing. by Takahiro (Grade 5) |
I happened to find an article about 'Tamagochi'
on a newspaper a month ago. I kept on reading the article saying
"Boy! They've got such a kind of electronic pet available
in Japan." After reading the article I wondered. Why the production can't catch up with the sales? If I were in charge, I would built more factories for Tamagochi, and gotten up the production speed, too. |
Why by Erina (Grade 6) | I wonder why we feel sad, when one loses all the friends. It often happened to me while I was an elementary school pupil. When I quarreled with one of my best friends and got isolated, I started to feel sad as I suddenly thought all the other friends of mine might also hate me. At that moment, I couldn't understand it, but, now I can say that we are weak-willed creatures. |
Contradiction by Risa (Grade 5) |
One day, I was talking with my parents. Dad said,
"Have you already been in your first love, Risa? When I
was as old as you, I had already been in my first love many times."
To hear him say so, Mom and I burst into laughter. Dad himself
was laughing, too. It's a contradiction. It's practically impossible to be in the FIRST love so many times. It should be only once for people to be in the first love. Why did Dad say such a contradictory thing? |
Contradiction by Masumi (Grade 4) |
Long ago, I bought a stuff called "the swelling
animal". But it didn't swell up very much. I felt cheated
and really angry, though it was the experience I had when I was
very little. I hate the word "a lie" terribly, don't you hate it? The word "a contradiction" is similar to the word "a lie", isn't it? I often hear the word "a lie" when people talk or write on bullying. |
